| Short description: | A Graduate Analyst Experience who has knowledge of data manipulation and database interrogation and knowledge of operations analysis principles, methods, and practices is sought by this leading services provider.
You will be required to co-ordinate and maintain plans to implement new policies, programs and initiatives, and operating processes of strategic significance to the company.
Main Duties
路Co-ordinates and maintains incentive programmes as per the prevailing schemes for the EMEA offices.
路Manage the production of timely and accurate statistics produced on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
路Analyse data for accuracy and completeness, feeding back to the business, systems areas and the department to continuously improve the quality of stored and produced data
路Assist the Operations Research Manager with day-to-day tasks and on-going projects.
路Undertake any other duties as may be required consistent with the level of the post.
Ideal Candidate
路Numerate Degree/ A levels
路Or Econometrics, Finance or Maths degree
路Experience of data manipulation and database interrogation
路Knowledge of operations analysis principles, methods, and practices
路AS400 Queries (Desirable)
路Advanced Excel
路Database esp. Assess
路Develop policy and procedure documentation
路Strongly desirable (SPSS PC statistical package/ VBA Programming language/ CMS Software/ Data Warehouse/ BI Software)
路Experience of data manipulation
路Use of personal computers and related software applications. |
